Syncing devices

Syncing updates device metadata and posture signals in Mycroft.
Syncing occurs automatically at whatever frequency is set by the organization. By default, it is done daily.
Admins can trigger a manual sync from within Mycroft for all computers, or on an individual computer.
Employees can trigger a sync for their own computer within employee tasks if they have a computer assigned.
