Importing Users Via CSV for Vendor Access Review

Importing users via CSV in Mycroft enables bulk implementation or updating of vendor accounts, eliminating tedious manual entry and minimizing errors. It ensures consistent data formatting, role mapping, and attribute assignment across large datasets.

1. Navigate to https://app.mycroft.io/home

2. Select "Access Reviews" from the Navigation Menu.

3. Search for the Access Review.

4. Select the Access Review.

5. Search for the Vendor.

6. Select the Vendor.

7. Click "Upload CSV".

8. Download & Review the Mycroft User Access Template to ensure compatibility. Then modify the CSV to include the vendor user account data.

9. Upload the CSV associated with the User Accounts.

10. Click "Upload".
