Publishing a Vendor Access Review

Publishing an access review in Mycroft formalizes permission validation by notifying reviewers and making the review scope visible.

It triggers scheduled checks to ensure users have appropriate privileges, reduces security risks from excess access, and automates reminders and reporting. Centralizing this process in Mycroft creates audit‑ready records, streamlines compliance workflows, and enforces governance efficiently.

1. Navigate to https://app.mycroft.io/home

2. Select "Access Reviews" from the Navigation Menu.

3. Search for the applicable Access Review.

4. Select the Access Review.

5. Search for the applicable Vendor.

6. Select the Vendor.

7. Ensure all relevant accounts are imported.

8. Review the vendor user accounts.

9. Select "Confirm and publish".

10. Ensure all the Access Review information is correct, and click the checkbox.

11. Click "Publish".
