How These Changes Impact You

Nothing breaks - If you already have a published Trust Center, we will migrate all of your uploaded policies, documents, controls and preferences to a new layout. Over the next week we’ll send you a message asking you to log in and ensure everything is as expected.

Set up new features - If you have a custom non-disclosure agreement, preference for a custom URL or changes to the individuals responsible for Access Reviews, please reach out in Slack and we can set that up on your behalf.

We’re excited to announce our new Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) feature is now live!

 Centralized and Automated Third-Party Management

• Manage third parties from a single view and flexible workflow.

• Track key data such as Data access, Relationships, and Purpose — with the ability to upload additional context for richer evaluations.

• Conduct deeper, guided assessments with a checklist powered by the TPRM Agent.

• Automate evidence collection with OSINT and SOC 2/3 reports.

 AI-Powered Questionnaires

• Upload your existing questionnaires or ask the Mycroft team for some suggestions.

• Send questionnaires and collect responses directly in Mycroft.

• Use the Questionnaire Manager to manage questions, answers, and summaries, and send simplified CSVs to third parties.

• The TPRM Agent summarizes answers and accelerates your assessments.

• Your existing Vendors feature has been renamed to Third Party Risk.

• All vendor records and assessment data have been seamlessly migrated into the new UI — no setup required.

We've redesigned your Mycroft homepage to give you a comprehensive view of your security and compliance posture at a glance. Here’s what’s new:

• Security & Compliance Posture Radar chart: Get a quick overview of your organization across six critical pillars (Compliance, Third-parties, Risks, Vulnerabilities, Device Security, and Organization)

• Redesigned Mycroft Assistant: Ask pre-defined questions to get quick answers on pressing issues about your organization’s security. The assistant is now also draggable and expandable across the screen.
