Last updated: March 23, 2026
How to Add a Third-Party
Navigate to Third Party Risk Management.
Click Add third-party in the header.
In the form, fill in the required fields:
Name: Vendor or third-party name.
Criticality: How critical this third party is. This affects prioritization and reporting.
Relationship: The type of relationship. Select at least one option.
Data access: The types of data the third party has access to. Select at least one option.
URL/IP: Website or IP address. Used for public risk data collection.
Purpose: Why you use this third party.
Optionally set General or business owner and Security owner. These owners are responsible for completing the risk assessment.
Optionally enable Reviewers: If you require reviewers, turn on the option and select one or more reviewers. Reviewers must review and approve the assessment before it can be published.
Submit the form.
After you add the third party, it appears in the TPRM list. Open it to go to the detail page and navigate to the Assessments tab to complete your initial assessment.
Note: Once a vendor is added, the TPRM AI Agent automatically initiates open-source risk data collection in a new draft to kick-off the risk assessment process.
