Understanding Vendor Criticality Levels

Vendor Criticality Levels
When adding vendors to your assessment, it's important to classify them correctly based on their impact on your platform. Here are the criticality levels and their definitions:
Critical – If this vendor fails, the platform is entirely unavailable.
High – The platform remains online, but access or sessions would be disrupted.
Medium – The platform stays online, but certain functions would be limited due to the vendor outage.
Low – No major disruption; a manual workaround is available if needed.
These levels should be assessed from a customer viewpoint, considering the actual impact on your users' experience if the vendor service becomes unavailable.
Accessing Compliance Reports
Assessments are required for critical and high-level vendors. You can view the vendor assessments from the corresponding vendors details.
